Комментарий автора: I started this video way back in March and worked on it fairly casually until about 2 months until the AWA Pro deadline where I started to spend serious time and effort to get it done in time. When I heard Uptown Funk I wanted to edit to it and Space Dandy seemed like a pretty good match. Space Dandy reminds me of retro sci fi comics and I wanted to go with that as the theme.

I started this around November 2014 (actually I had a different video idea a month prior), and it has been quite a journey with this one. Fun fact - my daughter Mae was not even born yet when I started this. How things change. :P
In 2014, I was getting back into watching anime and had joined the Quickening contest to shake off some editing rust. I quite enjoyed the process again, so I wanted to make a full video on my own once more. I saw this show called 'Baka and Test' (which seems pretty underused actually), and loved it. I wanted to make a quick and fun video (sounds familiar...). My wife Grace had always been listening to k-pop so I've been pretty bombarded by it for many years now. I asked to see if she could find me a fun song to edit with. Watching the Youtube show 'EatYourKimchi,' she found this song for me called Telepathy by Girl's Day. I was pretty excited to start my video with it. As I started the prepwork for editing, I decided to listen to other Girl's Day songs just for background music..... and then Female President came on. I was hooked.
So, a crazy idea came into my head to recreate the actual dance version of the music video...

Time to return back to the news and do a premier for the first time in a contest.

A time after premiering Bad Dog I found about this remix, and while I didn't have any video prepared, why not doing this song a video? I mentioned in Bad Dog that I didnt watch the first season of Zero no Tsukaima. This time I did and while originally I didn't plan that the serie would appear, at the end it did and it did well (in my opinion)

The video was originally planned to premier after Deuterius 2.0 but several problems and the loss of massive footage made difficult the way to finish it... until now. Special thanks to xDeuz, Ikore and ONEWAYS, also El-Tjan, I didnt forget you dude.

Since it's a remix, it includes lolis... and probably other kind of surprises you'll have to watch

This upbeat colourful AMV/M@D (which started out as a late night project experimenting with visual novel openings and replicating the effects) and blossomed into a 2 month project, for ever expanding on the base idea, which included a few animations of my own i blended in =] You will notice the theme of 2D Shapes, this is because a common theme I found in all the visual novel OPs i looked into had some form of 2D pattern *mostly shapes* The main concept is ofcourse based around creativity ~ proving that what we visualize can create magic! ~~Inspiration is the key~~ So sit back, relax and enjoy is bouncy colour explosion, starting smooth (building up anticipation) for the drop ;)

We aimed to create a fun, highly rhythmic song set to virtually every anime we own. At Otakon 2015, after a very fierce Upbeat section (perhaps the best collection of Upbeat seen in a long time), this video managed to climb to the top with a "Best in Show" award. Комментарий Cmoididi: Voila mon duo avec Kloud pour cette JE. Un peut un defie en soit de faire clipé kloud donc je m'en suis pas spécialement imposé d'autre a part le fait de clipé dance pour la 1er fois (various aussi). On à commencer genre 3 mois avant, j'ai fini au bout de deux mois avec des setion un peut random et la je reflechit, je regarde kloud, je lui demande "t'en est ou" il me dit "j'ai ouvert vegas" XDDD Donc les report l'on sauver il a fini ça sur 1 mois en fait, au debut il à eu plein de bug il voulais testé 1ere ect donc il a perdu beaucoup de temps pour au final revenir sur vegas ect. Un duo que j'aime bien au final, tres fragilisant. Je finirais sur un gros "peut mieux faire" et "c'etais cool de tester dance".

This is the full Animix project, a one hour video featuring hundreds of anime and more than 240 songs from the nineties. This AMV is the result of the collaboration of more than 100 AMV creators. The project started in summer 2003, and was completed in april 2004.
