I decided to make this AMV for mostly one reason. I wanted to enter the Dokomi AMV-Contest 2015 - and I did. The Category I entered is "Drama" and I hope that I fullfilled that topic. I don't think that I will place though - but that was not the reason for me entering, because I wanted to enter this Contest so many times now - but never did. I'm just so glad & proud that I entered this year!

I did end up submitting a raw untouched version after the deadline because what the heck. :shrug: Anyways, here is the complete version with some changes in scenes that were originally just thrown in there to fill in the space. Noor (Novice) (Previous works / Предыдущие работы): I was hoping to create a new fresh idea for this contest and have a pro that will make me feel like I actually leveled up or did something more unusual compared to my older projects. And I truly think that I accomplished this goal thanks to my pro who helped me bring out the best I could in editing. I had a lot of fun editing this project since I used one of my favorite footage and song together. I found it really entertaining to create new effects, showing my pro every second I edited and bringing out a story for the viewers to understand. I hope it reaches them. This is my first time entering a contest ever. and I don't regret it at all.

Raitei (Pro): WOW FINALLY ONE OF MY NOVICE ACTUALLY IS RELEASING SOMETHING ! THE CURSE IS BROKEN ! Lel.

It was a pleasure editing with Noor those past months. She asked me a ton of questions, but hey every question are worth to ask even dumb ones. She wanted a cool-fresh-noheavymaskinginvolve-AMV with her favorite footage, so we did it ! As I am doing a lot of Motion-design stuff, I wanted her to include it in her video. And damn, it worked ! I love the final product, it's fresh, original and cool.

This was a fun little project I made in around half a weekend or 12 effective hours, scene gathering included. I wanted to recapture the atmosphere of the original music video for Adrian Sieber's song, in a similar gif-like fashion.

nezumichan (Novice) (Previous works / Предыдущие работы): I am very grateful to Centurione for accepting me as her Novice. She helped me notice things to which I didn't pay attention before, thus refining my eye for detail and my sense for enhacing the flow and atmosphere throughout the video. This whole experience, although somewhat exhausting, was extremely fun and I hope you enjoy the result of it.
Whenever I listened to "Eva" (before deciding to do this AMV), I would picture sweet little Mirai. I think it suits her very well - a small, kind girl rejected by the world. However, rather than her fragility, I focused on the courage and drive to protect the one she loves. By finding and fighting for each other, they both go through this process of blooming, surpassing their shortcomings - it's an unfolding, a bursting forth, an efflorescence.

Centurione (Pro): I'm glad I got to work with nezumichan, she was a splendid Novice and I wish I was as spelndid as a Pro. I didn't spend as much time as I wished with her, but if I managed to help her imrove, even if just a bit, I'm all happy and yays and flowers ;) To be honest, I was a bit sceptical about the song choice at the beginning, but it turned out much better than I've ever imagined as a combo with KnK. Go and enjoy ;)

As soon as I heard of this anime, I knew that I wanted to edit with it. I am a violinist, and the concept of this video connected with me on a personal level. I have to admit that working with an ongoing anime series was incredibly difficult, as I didn’t have the complete series to use, but I feel I was able to put together an impactful video with Mycathatesyou’s help. It didn't really come out as I pictured but I'm happy I finished at least. Especially with a type of song I never usually edit. Комментарий автора: Первый день был ужасным, пошел в психодел, переслушал все треки по 10 раз, сделал 3 разных наброска клипа, все не то, в начале второго дня перешол на драму и потом делал ее оставшиеся два дня от заката до рассвета, но эти два дня были реально хороши. Во время создания наслаждался всеми фибрами души от того, что делаю, да и компания была весьма хорошая. Так что в целом, этот чиф был лучшим из всех, в которых я участвовал.

Kazeshin (Novice): Here is my AMV for the Level Up 2015, if you want to improve you should try the Level Up , it's really an awesome experience :).Draga was my Pro , he met my expectations and knew how to guide me through all the video , but that's not all , he also knew how to motivate me when i had problems and he complimented me when i needed it.I made the most of all this to implement my first "real" story, i also tried retouching, it was really cool!

Anyway, let's take a look at the story! The video tells the story of a perfect love between Aika (the girl with the brown hair) and Yoshino (the man with the brown hair too).But one day ,Yoshino found Aika dead so he wondered who could have killed his girlfriend.The Young man will visit the grave of the deceased and a strange phenomenon occurs , the time is rewinding.He will have the chance to witness the truth about Aika's Death, he realizes then that the killer is her best friend Hakaze (the girl with the pink hair) who killed her out of jealousy.

Draga (Pro): It's my second year as a Pro for the Level Up, and i can say that it's really an awesome experience, Kaze' asked me to be his Pro and i'm really glad for that because he was a serious novice, he was really active, he send me a lot of previews, asked me how to change few things many times, well to make it simple, he tried his best to realize the story he had in mind with the best outcome, his improvement really surprized me, this is without a doubt his Best AMV and i hope he'll keep up like this in the future, i hope you'll like his video!
